First Korea Youth Film Festival
The Korea Youth Film Festival will be held for the first time this year. The ‘2007 Gongju Chunma Shin Sangouk Korea Youth Film Festival’ is currently inviting local university students to enter their films and have the chance to win a total of one hundred million won (US$107, 420).

The festival will be held on August 10th -14th in the city of Gongju in South Chungcheong Province. The festival is targeted at young local film makers aged 16-29. Their movies, dramas, documentaries and animation works are all eligible to win one of the 16 awards that will be given out at the festival.
