Reps of the soulful musicians, Brown Eyed Soul, filed a report to the Seoul Police Cyber Squad on November 24th, regarding the illegal leakage of the group's third album.

Brown Eyed Soul originally was planning on releasing their new album at midnight of the 24th, but with the recent North Korean attack on Yeon-pyeong Island, they decided to postpone the date. However, through various P2P and blog sites, the songs from the album were leaked onto the web. Being that the damage has already been done, the group decided to power through and just go along with the original release date of the 24th.

Reps stated that they're currently in the middle of investigations to see if it was an inside job.
