Spring is in full force and that means a whole new set of trends to check out. Today I’m going to introduce tips on how to incorporate white into your spring wardrobe—a classic trend that never goes out of style.

One hot look that was trending on the 2016 Spring/Summer Fashion Week runways was the ever-so-chic all-white look. Designers are embracing layers of white-on-white and are finding interesting ways to experiment with the classic look, particularly by varying the designs and textures. A variety of spring essentials including but not limited to ruffled blouses, knit sweaters, blazers, trench coats to pants, pencil skirts and trousers are all getting the “white” treatment, officially gaining steam as “THE” trend of the season.

To wear the trend with style, you can play up the texture and easily create a chic look. Whether you are doing silk paired with denim, wool and denim or cotton and knit combinations—the texture can add a cute touch to the outfit. For the office, instead of doing black and white, opt for a crisp, all-white look and instantly update your look. Opt for a voluminous ruffled silk blouse and wear it teamed up with a form-fitting white knit skirt. For an elegant look, add gold accessories to the mix—such as big cuff bracelets, statement necklaces, and bold rings and glam up your look. In addition, something as simple and plain as an oversized, white knit top and white denim jeans combo can be a perfect outfit for any causal function. Top of the look with a pair of wedges and instantly create an effortlessly chic look. For an extra dose of style, throw on a white trench and you’ll be sure to make heads turn!

If you find the look to be a little daring to try and perhaps too monochromatic for your taste, consider mixing and matching off-whites and creams and still get that spring look across. For the office, opt for a pair of high-waisted cream colored trousers and pair it with a crisp white structured collar shirt tucked in. Complete the look with a pair of classic nude pumps and a tote bag—and you have a chic office outfit.
