The opening ceremony of the 15th Pucheon International Fantastic Film Festival (PiFan) was held at the Bucheon Indoors Gymnasium on July 14th. The mayor of Bucheon, Kim Man-soo along with many other officials from various realms attended the ceremony. Also, actors Gong Hyung-jin and So Yoo-jin were the emcees to start off the event which PR ambassador Park Bo-young, Park Hae-il, Soo-ae, Kang Soo-yeon, Ye Ji-won, director Im Gwon-taek, Park Jung-ah, Shin Sae-gyung, Um Gi-joon among others all walked the red carpet. The closing ceremony is scheduled for July 22nd at 7 PM at the same venue. For two days after the closing ceremony, visitors can enjoy screenings of their favorite films, which will then bring the 11 day run of the PiFan to a close.
