This week on Touch Base in Seoul, we meet Camila Avella, a journalist from Colombia who is in Seoul to cover the latest 2017 Fall/Winter Hera Seoul Fashion Week which wrapped up its week-long run at the Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) last weekend.
