A German news agency says the bombing in Yemen that killed four South Korean tourists was a suicide bombing orchestrated by the Al-Qaeda terrorist organization.

DPA quoted sources in Yemen as saying that suicide bombers are likely to have made their way into the group of Korean tourists before detonating the bombs.

Yemen’s state-run Shiba news agency says Yemeni Vice President Abdu Rabu Mansour Hadi has already announced that Al-Qaeda was behind the Sunday bombing.

Yemeni police said they have secured a video message from an 18-year-old suicide bomber whose body was found at the scene of the explosion. The teenager's identity will be disclosed at a later time.

Meanwhile, Yemeni police are questioning 12 suspects who allegedly have information regarding the bombing.
