North Korean leader Kim Jong-il’s eldest son reportedly says he has no information about the North’s rocket launch planned for early April.

Japan’s Fuji TV on Tuesday quoted Kim Jong-nam as saying Monday at an airport in Beijing on his way to Macao that he knows nothing except the fact that the satellite launch will come between April fourth and eighth.

However, upon arriving in Macao, Jong-nam said he believes the North’s launch is related to the six-party nuclear talks or to the North’s relationship with the United States.

The junior Kim will reportedly stay abroad during the launch window.
