The White House says the biggest concern regarding North Korea is whether the communist state intends to deliver its nuclear weapons to others.

White House spokesman Robert Gibbs told reporters Tuesday that North Korea is developing ways to transport its nuclear weapons, adding that this development is Washington’s most pressing concern.

Gibbs added that U.S. President Barack Obama has been deeply involved in the past few weeks in dealing with the North’s nuclear issue, saying that Washington is closely watching developments regarding the communist state.
