The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development's annual Ministerial Council Meeting ended in Paris Thursday.

South Korea was the chair of this year's two-day meeting.

Prime Minister Han Seung-soo presided over sessions on green growth, trade, and free investment.

Afterwards, he announced the conclusions of the ministerial council before officially closing the meeting.

During a session on green growth, Han stressed the importance of environmentally-friendly ways to generate economic growth.

He also sought countries' support for the adoption of a green growth declaration.

Han hosted a dinner Thursday to mark South Korea's chairmanship of the ministerial meeting.
