Korea Claims 16th Tourney Title at WorldSkills Championships

South Korea has won the 40th WorldSkills Championship in Calgary, Canada. It’s the nation’s 16th tournament title.

Korea won gold medals in 13 of 45 events, including autobody repair, wall and floor tiling, and metal works.

Nine-hundred-60 participants from 47 nations competed in this year’s championship.

The 41st WorldSkills Championship will be held in London in 2011.
