French Envoy Meets NK's No.2 Leader

France’s special envoy on North Korea has met with the North's second highest official, Kim Yong-nam.
APTN, the television arm of the Associated Press, reported that a French delegation led by Jack Lang held a meeting with Kim in Pyongyang on Thursday.
The French envoy arrived in Pyongyang on Monday for a five-day visit to explore ways to improve bilateral ties.
Lang said prior to his trip that he hoped to discuss the North Korean nuclear program while in the communist state.
