2 Koreans Found Dead in Cebu

The bodies of two Korean men were found on a beach near the Cebu Islands in the Philippines on Sunday night.

The two have been identified as 40-year-old Yang, from Gapyong, Gyeonggi Province and 41-year-old Choi from Changwon, South Gyeongsang Province.

The local police say the deaths may have been a result of gang violence.

The bodies were found with multiple stab and gunshot wounds.

The Korean embassy sent a police consul to the site of the accident early Tuesday morning to look into the deaths.
