Britain’s Queen Elizabeth the Second strongly condemned North Korea’s nuclear ambitions in a speech she delivered at the ceremonial state opening of the British parliament on Wednesday, local time.

The queen mentioned nuclear threats posed by North Korea and Iran during the speech, saying that the British government will work to make the world nuclear free.

The queen delivers a ceremonial speech every November to declare the opening of parliament and to announce government policies, but it is out of the ordinary for the queen to address the North Korean nuclear matter.
