S.Korea, U.S. to Hold Strategic Ministerial Dialogue

Foreign Minister Yu Myung-hwan will leave for Washington on February 25th for strategic talks with U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

A Foreign Ministry official says that during his four-day visit, Yu will exchange opinions on regional and global issues as well as current bilateral issues, including the South Korea-U.S. alliance.

The strategic dialogue this year will be the first in four years since it was established in 2006 by then-Foreign Minister Ban Ki-moon and then-U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.
