US Waiting for NK Signal on Return to Nuke Talks

The U.S. State Department says it is waiting for a signal from North Korea that suggests it intends to return to the six-party nuclear talks.
In a daily news briefing, State Department spokesman Philip Crowley said Wednesday that Washington is still looking for a clear signal that the North is ready to constructively reenter the six-party process.
He said the U.S. is ready to resume the talks and hoped that North Korea would be as well.
He also reiterated, however, that the U.S. has no plans for bilateral talks with Pyongyang officials.
