WSJ: FTAs Will Help US Sell More Abroad

The Wall Street Journal says free trade accords will help open export markets for Americans.

In an opinion piece titled “Obama's Export Agenda and Korean Cars,” the U.S. daily said Monday that free trade agreements will provide ready-made opportunities to boost exports for the U.S.

The report singled out the free trade deal with South Korea, saying that the pending bilateral FTA would lead to the eradication of Korea's eight percent tariff on U.S. car imports and Korea’s "engine displacement tax.”
