NK No.2 Leader in Shanghai to Attend World Expo

Leading a ten-member delegation, the North's number two leader arrived at Pudong International Airport around noon on Thursday, greeted by Shanghai Vice Mayor Tang Dengjie.
Kim plans to attend Friday the expo’s opening ceremony along with other global leaders, including South Korean President Lee Myung-bak. Kim will tour North Korea’s exhibitions and return to Pyongyang Saturday.
Kim and Lee will both attend a welcome dinner Friday evening hosted by Chinese President Hu Jintao.
