NK Leader Spends 1st Night in Dalian

North Korean leader Kim Jong-il, who is visiting China for the first time in four years, spent Monday night in the port city of Dalian.

He was caught on KBS camera entering Fulihua Hotel in Dalian after attending a welcome dinner hosted by Chinese Vice Premier Li Keqiang on Monday night.

Surrounded by security guards, Kim limped into the hotel, apparently due to the aftereffects of a stroke he reportedly suffered in August of 2008.

On Monday, he toured an auto plant and port facilities in Dalian. He will leave Dalian Tuesday for Beijing via Shenyang.
