Illegal sales of World Cup tickets on South African Web sites are becoming rampant just 20 days prior to the start of the tournament.

Currently, hundreds of advertisements for World Cup tickets can be found on Internet auction sites in South Africa.

The illegal tickets, being scalped in sets of two to 30 tickets, are fetching an average three to five times the face value.

The price for a ticket to the match between South Korea and Argentina is priced at one-thousand rand, or about 150-thousand won. The price is seven times the face value of 140 rand.
