U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Kurt Campbell says the U.S. has very little information on North Korea’s Kim Jong-un.

Kim was earlier this week appointed to high-level positions in North’s power structure in what some are saying are the first steps toward anointing him the successor to his father, Kim Jong-il.

Campbell said at a seminar in Washington D.C. that little is known about Jong-un, not even his precise age, and that a recent photograph has yet to be secured.
