A South Korean-owned sewing factory in Indonesia will likely resume operations soon after local workers there began a strike two days ago due to unpaid wages.

The South Korean Embassy in Jakarta told the Korean Broadcasting System (KBS) that the factory’s management and the labor union agreed to return to work after two hours of bargaining Thursday evening.

An embassy official said that the company will pay the overdue wages to its employees.
