South Korea and India have reportedly finalized the text of a bilateral nuclear agreement and are expected to sign it soon.

Citing government officials of the two nations, India's daily "The Hindu" on Tuesday reported that the text “adds another dimension to the possibilities for India to access civil nuclear technology from another country.”

South Korea will be the ninth country with which India has signed a civil nuclear agreement. India has signed similar pacts with eight other countries including Russia, the United States and France.
