A ceremony marking the 92nd anniversary of the establishment of Korea's provisional government in Shanghai was held Wednesday in the Chinese city.

About 200 people attended the ceremony which was organized by the South Korean Consulate General in Shanghai and the Korea Liberation Association.

The event included a historical sketch by the Korea Liberation Association, a speech by the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs and performances.

A similar ceremony was also held in China’s city of Chongqing.
