U.S. Vice President Joe Biden has vowed to solidify cooperation with China to handle issues related to North Korea’s nuclear ambitions.
 
Biden made the pledge when he spoke at the opening session of the fifth round of the China-U.S. Strategic and Economic Dialogue in Washington on Wednesday.
 
He said though the U.S. and China have their disagreements, he believes they can find solutions that work for both of them if they are straightforward, clear and predictable with one another.
 
However, Biden was quick to criticize China’s cyber theft of trade secrets. He said “outright cyber-enabling theft that U.S. companies are experiencing now must be viewed as out of bounds and needs to stop.”
