Lee Ji-hye, former vocalist with Sharp, is coming back to the music scene with a solo album after four years. She will release her second single which features the title song “Tears, Please Stop” on January 14th. Composed by a famed composer, Jeong Pil-seung, “Tears, Please Stop” is a medium tempo ballad, which maximizes Lee’s soft and sweet voice.
Lee had been the vocalist of four-member Sharp, which disbanded in 2002. Since then, she had released her first solo regular album in May 2005 and her first single in July 2006. Although she has taken part in several project albums with Seeya and Coolapica since then, she hasn’t been very active on TV or radio. Lee’s associates say that she has been yearning for a chance to show her style of music and is eager to meet with her fans once more.
