Makeup Trends for Fall 2015
Fall is in the air and it’s time to update your makeup! Today I’m going to introduce the hottest makeup trends for fall 2015.

Face Makeup
Glowing face makeup never goes out of style. This season’s face makeup is all about achieving a flawless canvas, with a bit of a matte finish. This fall, it’s officially okay to ditch the “fresh-from-the-gym” glowing look which has been a hot look for the past few seasons, as perfectly covered skin is the key to your fresh fall makeup look. The first thing you want to do to give your makeup a makeover is to switch out those BB creams, CC creams and/or tinted moisturizers for good quality foundations that give you long-lasting coverage. To get the look, try mixing foundation and liquid
concealer in a ratio of 2:1 to ensure that you get enough coverage and the color that best suits your skin tone. When applying the foundation, use a foundation brush in short strokes to allow for a more even finish (instead of using your fingers, which can cause smudging and streaking). For extra coverage, dab the concealer on the redder parts of the face and if the makeup looks streaky, use a sponge to diffuse and blend the makeup evenly.

Lip Makeup
When it comes to lip makeup, bold lips are still in! Feel free to rock those deep plums, burgundy, and wine pouts. The runways were packed with models in bold berry lips including super dark black/purple toned reds—so pull out those long lost plum
lipsticks and bring on the bling! When going for bold lips, go light on the eyes and the blush and let your pretty pout shine. Keep the eye makeup simple and go for shimmery gold eyeshadow, soft brown eyeliner and just a few strokes of black mascara.

Eye Makeup
This season, gold and brown eye makeup is super hot. As any beauty junkie knows, earthy eye makeup never goes out of style. Brown, gold, and copper shades are timeless shades that flatter almost every skin tone and eye color—and this season’s eye makeup is all about layered shades of shimmery brown. To wear the latest makeup look, go for soft glittery brown shadows—mix and layer on browns in the same color family in order from light to dark—for instance, starting with soft yellow and moving on to beige, copper, and soft brown. Accentuate the lashes with a volumizing mascara but skip the liner for a soft, hazy look—and you have a perfect fall look!

Play with these tips and stay stylish!
