The 2nd annual Korea Pop Culture Arts Awards was held on November 21st at the Seoul Olympic Hall. This year with the second run of the event, there were awards like Cultural Merits, Presidential Medals, and Culture Minister medals given to some of the biggest names in mainstream pop, culture, and arts. Stars like Lee Byung-hun, Girls Generation, Park Jin-young, Kim Byung-man, Beast, CNBLUE, After School, Yoo Dong-geun, and Kim Gun-mo were all in attendance.
