The 3rd edition of The Asia Jewelry Award for 2011 was held on December 6th at the Seoul Intercontinental Hotel. The awards were divided into five categories: Diamond, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, and Pearl awards. Jang Geun-seok won the World Star award while Kim Junsu won the World K-pop Super Star Award. T-ara and MBLAQ took home the Diamond award in the singing category, while Joo Sang-wook and Moon Chae-won won the Diamond award in the acting category. The Asia Jewelry Award aims to spread Korean culture while also showing off Korea's superior jewelry designs. It's also an event where companies and stars get together to help those in need.
