SM Entertainment's new group EXO held their showcase at the Olympic Hall, Olympic Park in Seoul on March 31st. EXO is a 12-membered group broken up into two teams: EXO-K which will promote in Korea and EXO-M which will promote in China. EXO stands for EXOPLANET, referring to an outer planet in the solar system, symbolizing a new star from an unknown world has arrived. EXO-K and EXO-M both released their new songs simultaneously. They had also dropped each of their first mini album "MAMA" on the same day, March 9th. After their successful showcase on the 31st, the groups held another showcase in Beijing, China on April 1st.
