The official press conference for the new upcoming Monday/Tuesday KBS drama ＜Haeundae Lovers＞ was held on August 1st at the Seoul Imperia Palace Hotel. The starring cast members were all present including Kim Gang-woo, Jo Yeo-jung, Jung Seok-won, Nam Gyuri, and Kang Min-kyung.
The drama takes place against the backdrop of Haeundae in Busan, revolving a love story involving a chipper girl from a Busan fishing village named Go So-ra (Jo Yeo-jung) and an inspector from a royal elite family that's in Busan to catch a drug dealer (Kim Gang-woo).
The filming will take place in Busan (i.e. Haeundae Beach, the local fish market, baseball stadium, etc.) to authentically capture the spirit of the port city. The drama will start its run on August 6th.
