Chung Tong-soo

Chung Tong-soo is the head of Invest Korea, a state-run agency on the promotion of foreign businesses and investment in South Korea.

The former corporate lawyer spent most of his life in the United States, but moved back to Seoul in 2002. He has held high-level positions in the private and public sectors in the United States, including one with the U.S. Commerce Department under the Clinton administration.

Chung has a J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, a master's in public affairs from Princeton University and a bachelor's in sociology from Harvard University.
