Mr. Carl-Johan Hagman (40) has been appointed to lead the European Union Chamber of Commerce in Korea, which works to boost trade and exchange between Korea and Europe.

The Sweden-born president is also the CEO of EUKOR Car Carriers Inc., headquartered in Seoul.

President Hagman tells us that his visions and objectives for the future will focus on maximizing the mutual partnership between companies from Korea and the EU.

He also expressed his view that the North Korean nuclear crisis would not really affect business, and gave some tips on how the South can keep its international business flows open.

He has spent eight years in Korea and his term as EUCCK president began November 1st and will last one year.
