Ethnic Korean residents in China have arranged a group visit to North Korea in August.

The Korean Community China (www.koreanc.net) says a 30 member group of Korean citizens and top Chinese government officials will visit the North at the invitation of North Korea's Culture Ministry.

An official of the community says his agency is organizing the visit to promote Korean unification, adding that a delegation of the organization has already returned from a trip to Pyongyang to help arrange the group visit.
