The government has agreed to regularize cultural exchanges with Russia to mark the 20th year of diplomatic relations next year.

An official of the South Korean Culture Ministry visited Russia during Korean Culture Week in Moscow and reached the agreement during talks with Russian officials.

He expected that the two sides would build future-oriented ties aimed at “harmony and youth.”
