Yomiuri: Top US Nuke Envoy to Visit N.Korea Late Nov.

A leading Japanese daily says U.S. Special Representative for North Korea Policy Stephen Bosworth will visit North Korea in late November.

The Yomiuri Shimbun said the United States and the North have agreed on a schedule that would have Bosworth fly to Pyongyang following U.S. President Barack Obama’s Asian tour next month.

The daily projected that during a meeting with the North, Bosworth would likely demand Pyongyang return to the six-party nuclear talks.

According to the daily, Bosworth’s visit to North Korea was set during the meeting between the director general of the North Korean Foreign Ministry's United States division Ri Gun and U.S. special envoy to the six-way nuclear talks Sung Kim on Saturday in New York.
