Pentagon: H1N1 Vaccines Secured for USFK

The U.S. Defense Department says it will be sending H1N1 vaccines to U.S. forces in South Korea this week.

Pentagon spokesman Geoff Morrell told reporters Wednesday that U.S. forces on the Korean Peninsula will have received, by the end of this week, 100 percent of their allotted vaccines, or roughly 26-thousand doses.

Morrell said the department is giving priority to U.S. military forces and those who support them due to the limited quantities of the vaccine that are available.
