U.S. intelligence says North Korea has become one of the most prolific exporters of missile technologies and supplies.

The U.S. Office of the Director of National Intelligence recently submitted to Congress a report on global transfers of weapons of mass destruction that were traced last year.

The report said North Korea has become one of the largest suppliers of ballistic missile technology and has, for years, exported related supplies and complete missile systems to the Middle East, South Asia and North Africa.

The report also believes the North has had chemical weapons stored for quite some time and has the technological foundations to produce biological weapons.
