Kim Yu-na, Rain Sitting Near Top of 2010 TIME 100 Poll

The Korean singer “Rain” and Olympic champion figure skater Kim Yu-na are among the top ten candidates included in a Time Magazine online poll for the 100 most influential people in the world.

Kim is currently in second place with over 19-thousand-800 votes and an average rating of 91 out of 100 in terms of influence. Rain is sitting in the seventh slot.

Other candidates on the list include current poll-leader and comedic standout Conan O’Brien, U.S. President Barack Obama, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, film director James Cameron, pop diva Beyonce, talk show host Oprah Winfrey and the U.K. singer Susan Boyle.

Time will announce the 2010 Time 100 on roughly May first.
