N.Korea, US Red Cross to Discuss Family Reunions

Radio Free Asia (RFA) has reported that the American Red Cross contacted North Korea’s Red Cross Society last month to discuss family reunions among Korean-Americans and North Koreans.

An official from a committee for the reunions in the U.S. said that the meeting was realized as U.S. Senator Mark Kirk sent a letter to the chief of the American Red Cross asking for family reunions.
