U.S. President Donald Trump says he's received a "beautiful letter" from North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, and that the two leaders have a "very good" relationship.

He says the letter arrived two days ago but offers no specifics about its contents.

Trump praised North Korea's return of American prisoners and soldier remains, and pointed out the North has not conducted any ballistic missile or nuclear weapons tests in months.

He said he is in "no rush" on the North's nuclear disarmament, adding "let's see what happens."
