South Korea won the Asian Women's Handball Championship on Sunday with a win over Japan.

Team Korea led by head coach Kang Jae-won claimed its fourth straight Asian title after beating Japan 30-25 in the final in Kumamoto Prefecture.

The women's national team has extended its dominant force in Asia, winning 14 of the last 17 continental titles.
