President Moon Jae-in will take a day off on Friday following a five-day trip to the United States.
Friday will be Moon's first paid leave this year as he cancelled his summer vacation due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The president can use 22 annual paid leave days.
Moon took just one day off last year as well.
He is expected to stay at the presidential residence on Friday to check the outcome of his U.S. trip and deliberate on state affairs.
